The terms and conditions detailed below are designed to ensure we provide all our prospective customers with accurate information. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering full transparency across all operations.
Registered Training Organisation

The training offered by Hero HQ is designed to provide participants with first aid knowledge and skills. Training does NOT constitute a medical qualification. Hero HQ accepts no responsibility for the subsequent actions of any individuals who complete this course of study. First aid training involves moderate physical activity, including demonstrating CPR on the floor. Hero HQ does not accept any responsibility for any harm suffered as a result of participating in the training provided.
If you are completing a course with a CPR component, it is a necessity that students can kneel on the ground and demonstrate this on a manikin for at least two minutes. If a participant cannot kneel, we recommended booking them in at another time - as we cannot issue a certificate without this level of physical activity.
Hero HQ will issue two invoices for training; the first will be a deposit invoice for our minimum charge of 10 people which will be generated two weeks prior to the training and forwarded directly to accounts. The second invoice will be issued post-training and reflect the final number of participants who attended the training session. If you only train 10 participants with Hero HQ you will only receive one invoice. Certificates will not be issued until payment is received. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
Late Invoice Payment
Late payment of invoices will incur an additional fee of $25 per day.
Photos may be taken by our educators throughout the session. These images may be utilised on our social media platforms, website and other marketing material mentioning your organisation name and logo. If you do not comply with this term, you must contact us before the session advising so.
